Last year

This was Christmas last year! Luke with his cousins, Madison and Hannah. We took a bunch of these pics and put them in a beautiful frame for Aaron's mom.

Wait...what?

If you have been paying attention, you may have noticed a few changes to my blog...no, you aren't crazy. No, I'm not schizophrenic-I changed my mind about my layout and background...then I changed it back. HAHA! All that work for nothing. Well, I guess I realized that I liked it how it was. It may change again-you never know!

Fall and Football

Fall brings with it may things, but one of the most important would be-football!

Here is a picture of Luke and Aaron at a local high school football game. Luke had the best time! There was a mascot, cheerleaders, and of course-football. The team we were watching lost miserably (no names) but that's okay- we were there to watch the band! And they did great. :D

Anniversary or Birthday?

Two years of blogging! (see how far we've come)
Happy Birthday msbonnersinil.blogspot.com !
Quote from an interesting Article:

"Freedom from religion in Britain is becoming as important as freedom of religion, according to a United Nations investigation into religion in the UK.
In a 23-page report published this evening, a UN rapporteur claims the 2001 Census findings that nearly 72 per cent of the population is Christian can no longer be regarded as accurate. The report claims that two-thirds of British people now do not admit to any religious adherence.
The report also calls for the disestablishment of the Church of England. The role and privileges of the established Church are challenged because they do not reflect “the religious demography of the country"." (emphasis mine)

What times do we live in? What is in the future? Thought provoking indeed...

We know Who hold the future.

Interesting

It is amazing to me that there can still be a survivor from the Titanic. I mean, it seems like it must have been forever ago. But there is still one more survivor, Millvina Dean-she was only 2 months old at the time the Titanic sunk, and I'm sure she can't remember it, but I am also sure her life what still shaped by it.
You can see her and read about her present troubles here, if you are interested.

Quote of the day!

Aaron: "Where's Luke?"
disembodied, quiet Luke voice: "Maybe he's hiding behind the green chair..."
and you know-He Was!
